  The Liberty branch was closed which had ample parking drive up ATM friendly service. The Girard branch was left open it has no parking no drive up banking and no drive up ATM. Furthermore the ATM in the Union square has been out of service for months. When I called the first claim was that it was being serviced by the nearest branch. Girard. Girard claimed customers complain about it constantly it is leased and they can do nothing about it yet the charge you to use another ATM from another bank. To date the ATM in the Union Square in Youngstown Ohio is not operating. Chase I thought you were better than that.

  I will never go to this bank again and my family members who are with this bank will drop their accounts and go somewhere else. The short dark haired chunky woman has an attitude from hell. Do not even try wasting your time being nice with this woman her eye rolling and attitude is obnoxious no matter how polite you try to be. I do hope this lady gets fired.I know just a few customers don’t matter but if or when a lot follow suite maybe it will then. The other employees of the bank where nice and helpful until that one barges in .

  Meet with Cathy McCoy.....Personal Banker......very nice ,polite, smart lady,,,She help me open bank account, and credit card......She was so helpful and answered,,,,all my questions.......She took the time,,,,set me up ..with this bank.....made my life .......alot easier........thank you....Chase Bank......r......BIG THANK YOU.........   Chase closed the Liberty Branch and suggested people use the Girard Branch. This place has poor parking and no drive thru window. The main parking lot is behind the building and is not handicap accessible. They closed the wrong branch!!!

  I had a horrible experience at this branch the other day lady had horrible customer service skills and smart mouth comments. Ill be switching banks soon.

  A typical bank, with most bank tellers that think they're overworked and underpaid in an empty bank on a Tuesday afternoon. They act as if there job is not to transact a person business, but if they know & like you they are laughing and chatting it up or when they pull up you account/s and see the balances and or amount of transactions each month then they offer for you to meet with a personal banker. Now with me whom she didn't know she was dry, bland, and counted my money back to me in the strangest let alone dumbest way I've ever seen done before. The teller started with the 20's, 10's, 5's then a 50 to make $150 change back to me (WHAT!) ie 20,40,60,80,90,95,100,150 again DUMBEST & STRANGEST way not taught in teller class to count money back to a customer. Maybe I looked to her like a person that needed remedial counting. HOPE I NEVER NEED TO STOP HERE AGAIN! I'm the second person to review this branch and have a similar experience, a poor feeling when leaving. "I MIGHT BE WRONG, BUT I DOUBT IT!"

  This location bank, are not friendly and not organized. and only 2 people working the branch. But my experience this bank was not a professional when I was treated like stranger even tho I have chase account.
