  This location is terrible, the ATM has a line and there’s homeless people in the bushes. Do not come to this location, also the security guard is inside the bank. This is the worst Chase bank location I’ve ever been too, and it’s not Safe.

  Jade and Jesus are absolute superstars. I was working on a wire transfer for 2 hours in the lobby and they were incredibly helpful, kind, and a pleasure to work with. If you need personal banking services, you can’t go wrong working with these two.

  I needed to set up a business account in the middle of Covid 19 shutdown. This branch was super helpful with making it happen as quickly as possible. They were helpful, responsive, and apologetic with the delays even though they had no control over them. I am happy with my choice to have set up a Chase account years ago, and glad to be able to continue to use them for my business.

  Terrible. Incredibly slow service. The app is really counterintuitive and hard to use. A couple times there were people without masks and nobody seemed to care.   Pretty good bank. I have a few account here for both personal and business. They used to have free accounts a while back and now their are some requirements to get free accounts. The staff here is very nice and helpful though. If you are looking for a bank I would say chase it one of the best.

  I was amazed with the service. DMV, Airlines and Banks are not really know for those customer service. But Mr. Hudson Eustace exceeded my expectations; he was incredibly fast, friendly and professional.
