  These people are horrible i opened a account for my business and then THEY forget to have me sign some paperwork and now i cant even access my account and its in the negative even though i cant deposit in to the account or use it.

  SCAM ALERT!!! These ATMS have crazy hidden fees. I used them to look at my balance last night (no withdrawl) and they charged me three separate $1 fees. When I called to dispute it they told me I would have to file a fraud claim and cannot help me. DO NOT USE THESE ATMS. THE MANAGERS ARE VERY UNHELPFUL

  Nice people around this place specially Alejandro Gallegos !he did a notary for me! He is true professional always doing a very good customer service ! Love this place! Bank of America just ignore me today even I have account on them also

  No one answered the phone on Friday morning!!! I called over 12 TIMES to schedule an appointment to speak with business services. The phone answer machine comes on. You cannot leave a number for callback and no one answers the call. VERY FRUSTRATED WITH THE LACK OF SERVICE!!

  Friendly staff. Never had issues. I opened my account with this particular branch (Colorado/Sierra Madre) nearly 4 years ago and been happy with the service.

  I have been a chase customer for about 4 years Eric Barron is by far the best teller I have ever delt with he is always in a good mood answers any questions I have about my personal checking account or my business deposits, his customer service is outstanding!
