      Everytime I check this branch its closed, then I go to a 2nd or 3rd location farther away and their still closed. Their ATM is closed as well so I cannot deposit my checks. Very disappointed with Bank Of America after being a customer for 20 years I feel let down.

      I've been to this Branch 3 times in one day and no one could help me. 1st time at lunch and she returned late and I had to leave within the 20 minutes waiting. 2nd time I waited over an hour and had to pick up my dad from the doctors. I called the Baldwin branch and they have no one to help me and directed me to the same branch with sub par service. I called corporate and they there just as bad. 3rd time, no one could assist me. By the way, I had the same financial matter at Citibank and was handled within 10 minutes the first time there, with no issues. I regret having to bank with this bank. Worst service ever. Now I have to escalate this. This is huge waste of time and money.

      They need to teach their financial manager to how properly negotiate with customers regarding credit card issues. Profiling and rejecting a request without any reason to give to the customer is completely unprofessional. Currently contacting corporate for this situation.

      everybody knows that bank of America is the worst all around the US. However, this branch is one of the worst ones among the branches as rating also shows. The financial communication manager is very rude and they even do not accept responsibility of what they said. Their customer service is below 0 and it is one of a such bad businesses at the US. I will definitely not trust bank of America the third time.

      Bank of America only wants to encourage you to open credit card with them and they do not help customers. I had a very bad experience with financial manager and she did not help me at all. She only told that we are unable to do anything!!! If you are unable, then, who is able to help your customer???

      I have been banking with BofA for over 4 years. This is the first time I have considered banking with some one else. I came to this BofA to deposit a check, which they rejected claiming the account of the check was not active. I called my attorney and he assured me there was more funds then enough and him and his bank could verify any funds or any questions they had. The branch manager then came to me and claimed what my attorney is telling me is probably true, but they simply couldn't accept it because the account wouldn't scan in there system, so I could either deposit in atm or get another check reissued. The manner of the way they treated me in front of several other customers was as if my check was fake. I did not appreciate it. After having a business account, personal checking and saving, and multiple credit cards with high limits, I am now considering taking my business else where.

      although I have been customer of BofA since 2013, this branch behaved me very rudely. After waiting for a long time and coming to the branch 3 times, they could not help me with my problem and every time, they just asked me to come back this day or that day. They just waisted my time and it has been proven to me that BofA is the worst bank ever.

      I want to give them zero stars if I can. I had the worst customer service at this branch by teller name Breana. At a different branch, I was told if I want to deposit coins into my BofA account, I must use coin sleeves so I had it ready in the sleeve they provided. I walked into this branch and saw three tellers-- one teller assisting customers, the other two tellers chitchatting. I don't know what made them stop, but Breana opened up her window, pretty annoyed for interrupting (interrupting by standing in the line for the next teller) conversation with her colleague. I tell her I have to deposit coins and with most rude and annoyed tone says, "How much?". She continues to say that it will take 10 days to get it deposit into my account. What was unsettling for me was that she had to look at the other two tellers to reassure what she was doing or saying was correct. Why do you put someone as a teller who's unsure of what they are doing or saying?! The teller next to her informed her to credit my account and ship the coins to someplace that counts... She said to her colleague, "I have no idea what you just said, I'm still confused". I don't ever want anyone handling my money to say, "I'm confused...", but she did. At this point, I really wanted to just withdrawal all my money and go to a different bank. I saw her attitude as bank's internal issue so I didn't really say anything. But more I think of it, why should a cash deposit take 10 days?! I don't know. It was a small deposit so I said fine, but then she tells me to fill out a deposit slip. I already gave her my debit card and pin number... Why do I need to fill out a deposit slip?! As frustrating as it was, the guy she was talking to, with no name tag, tells me for third time that they have to ship it somewhere and if the coins come out short, they will deduct that amount. I DON'T CARE THAT YOU HAVE TO SHIP IT SOMEWHERE!!! DO WHATEVER YOU NEED TO DO!!! I really dislike branch for having unprofessional, incompetent tellers.

      Flat out ignored by the staff at this BofA. Waited 10 minutes in the lobby for help in the red chairs. One customer being helped in a office. There was one guy who walked out from the back pass me and set at his desk alone, did not greet me. There was another man at his desk alone, all while I was sitting there in the lobby waiting for help. No one was in line with the teller, so I got up and went over. The lady was seemingly just standing there, she told me to wait as well. Sad sad sad customer service at this branch. Won't be back.

      no access to the safe deposit box on Thursday at 1:50 PM. REALLY!!! Like always, BofA has its flag top for the worst customer service using the COVID 19 excuse to provide poor service.
