  I have followed Anthony from one branch to another. As a business owner, I admire his work ethic, commitment to Chase, and his leadership style. He is a true asset for any company. Anthony has explained in depth what i needed, the process and procedures to anything, and most of all his customer service is amazing. He has helped me for over 10 yrs at various locations even recently when corporate never sent a letter one phone call to Anthony and I got exactly what I needed ( I needed a statement to show my mortagge officer.) It is because of Anthony I have stayed with Chase

  walked in to open a savings account waited in by the main entrance where no one greeted me spend sometime waiting Lorry came out saying that she was too busy and couldnt help cause she had an appointment at 3pm and couldnt help me at all and that i needed to make an appointment for her to help me. She could of asked if i could wait but she didnt. Now im def going to take all my money of this bank and take my business some where else. very unprofessional Group. they dont understand the importance of customer service. very dissapointed please try to avoid this Chase Branch for your own good.

  Banker busy unwilling to set up appt for simple authorization. Had to go to other branch. Don’t waste your time here

  Walk in to open a savings account I was willing to wait. She said she was to busy and couldn't help me this was the manager of the branch Guess they don't need my business very unprofessional very unhappy will close my accounts with chase.

  There was an issue with my on line ability. I talked with a relationship ship banker her name was Lori Mercurio she was outstanding the was she handled my issue thanks Lori job well done 👏

  No ATM inside the bank when you need cash under $20 bills. Only 2 people working and they will walk away when it's your turn. Don't go here

  Terrible branch. They don't reply to emails, voice mails etc at all. It took them 12 months to endrose the check. Different Chase branches close everything in a month !

  They just remodeled the store and added a new staff. There is one tall “gentleman” in the office when you just enter. He was rude towards us. Not one time I even heard “hi” or not even “how can i help” . Which is not acceptable for someone who works as a bank teller!!!! But the thing which really made me upset is that when my 1,5 year old daughter was drawing on his little notepad. He turned and said not to touch it or something. Are you kidding me??? That’s extremely rude. She didn’t break anything. Just drawing on a little notepad that he gets for free from bank all the time!!!! I really hope that a nice Bulgarian lady still works there. She was able to save the customer service satisfaction.
