  My husband and I are relatively new BMO customers & we had a great customer experience at this Elk Grove branch. The VP Bank Manager, David Marquez, was super professional, friendly, efficient, and explained things to us without rushing us. Truly the best bank experience we have ever encountered! He said if we had any other questions/concerns at all - to feel free to send him an email or call - and he really meant it! Thank you BMO and David for your excellent service!

  This bank is the worst! Drive thru is so slow. Only 1 person is ever working the drive thru and half the time there's no one at the window. I've been banking here for years and years and it gets worse every year .

  Terrible service there, very lazy staff. Making excuses not to cash a check for me, when going to another BMO they had no issues and cashed it for me right away. Terrible, terrible staff, would never recommend this location in Elk Grove because of the staff.

  Would not recommend this bank, very lazy staff. Would not cash a check for me, told me i could not cash it even though my name and work was on the check. Wont ever go there again because of the staff

  Very slow and unfriendly staff. Regardless do you go inside or to drive thru with just a 2-3 cars ahead you will lose a lots of time to complete your payments or deposits. Glad I finally moved away from them.
