  My experience with Maryann from the Lending Source was 5 Stars! I have purchased other homes with other Mortgage/Bank affiliations and never experienced the professionalism and support that I received from this office. I highly recommend Maryann, she held my hand throughout the entire process. My credit was not achievable when I first applied for the loan, however, The Lending Source provided me with resources to assist in improving my credit score.   My experience as with Annmarie and her team was amazing. She was always on top of every single thing regarding the loan. She also took the time to explain me everything (multiple times) and she was always available to discuss the details of the loan. I will definitely recommend The Lending source to everyone! She is the Best !!!

  My husband and I refinanced with MaryAnn and we were extremely pleased with her! She came to our house and sat with us explaining all our options for our refinance which is very hard to find nowadays. Her office staff was very prompt in answering our questions and phone calls even if it was after hours. We have referred out mortgage rep to many family members and friends. Our mortgage rep has been in the business over 31 years and is seasoned, we were so lucky to find this company!

  Yea you're right. I never had a loan with you because you guys couldn't get your act together and do your job. So I had to drop you and use someone more capable to save the deal and the people involved. The management and Crystal really screwed up and cost me thousands of dollars extra in order to solve the problems you left at my doorstep.

  Excellent lending company. I recently closed on a house with a mortgage from Lending Source. My Mortgage Loan Officer was Mary Ann Munro. She is a very lovely person and made my experience very good and seamless. She was always reachable to answer queries and kept me updated every step of the way. At closing, she was there just to make sure that everything went well. I highly recommend Lending Source and Mary Ann to anyone and this is my go to place for my future borrowing needs. ++++

  When I first started looking into getting a mortgage I had no idea where to start. I called the Lending Source and they were absolutely amazing. They explained everything to me and walked me through everything that needed to get done. I absolutely could not have done anything without them. I highly recommend them to ANYONE!

  I was going to hold out until I'm done with my transaction before I left a review but I can't allow anybody else to get screwed over, so heed my warning.. I'd give them a 0 if I could. Do not fall for the good reviews, they're all lies. Absolute horrible experience and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Non stop lies and false promises.

  Please, please, please, do NOT use them. They lie about documents to trick people, lie to attorneys, real estate agents, and their clients to string you along. The total disregard of integrity and lack of blatant humanity to do what they do is absurd.
