  The only reason for three stars is the current staff are trying to make the best of a bad situation -- no tellers, drive-thru, everything by appointment. I think as currency becomes more cyber Chase will regret removing humans helping humans and realize what they did to obsolete themselves in retail banking.

  Shame on you chase! Today is the first day I had to use your new ‘no teller’ machine as you have decided to remove all tellers from my local bank branch. I needed to deposit $200 into my account. I came with 2 $100 bills. Well your machine wouldn’t take one of the bills. And since your tellers have no cash they could not help. The suggestion was I go somewhere and get change for the $100 and try again. Or drive 15 minutes to another branch. Guess it’s time to look for another bank.

  The staff members at this branch are extremely helpful, courteous and capable. Chase has superb retail banking technology on top of it. We are very happy with Chase and know we can count on them for whatever we need!

  Was a great bank until they removed drive through and tellers.

  I have to wait 40 minutes to get someone money orders with No one waiting in line before me just empty very poor service
