A T1My husband and I came in to open up a new account. The associates were very rude and non accommodating. They told us the reason they could not help us open a account at that moment is because they had customers more important. Forcing us to come back next day because they were closing in 1 hour. I thought they were joking. Absolutely appalling how the Chinese in this specific bank treated us like complete trash.

Ismael Arriaza1Called the bank yesterday to ask if they have a notary. Representative on the phone told me that they do and to come in before 10 to get it done because there is only one person doing notaries. I get there before 10 and ask if I can get a couple documents notarized. Did not get the persons name who does the notaries but he rudely said he isn’t doing any notaries because he was busy, knowing that he is the only person at the time that can do notaries.

Sebastien Shan3First time visit and there doesn't seem to be much people here. There was only one teller at the time so wait was a couple of minutes long due to the customers before taking awhile. Understaffed would be my impression. Good space though.

Chezzy Trend5Ms lily attended to me. I did not bring any govt Id with me to update my address and phone number and to renew my expired Debit card. She gave an option to update my address and contact number through my chase apps. I was informed that chase no longer able to be renew the card over the counter which I did the last time I renew my card. Either I called the hotline or return again to any branch to order for replacemenf.

Maria Carrera2The staff are nice as long as their are not Asian customers there. If there is anyone else that is not Asian are ignored and the Asian customers will be seen first. If you speak up they act dum and speak in their language so you dont understand.

B K Wee1They don't know what they are doing, and they certainly do not know what is happening to my bank account. Not knowledgeable, only good being rude, and at giving excuses.
