This location deserves one starTeller accused me of throwing my cards at her. I did not. If you cannot handle an irritated customer you need re-training or reassignment. Exceptionally sensitive staff do not belong at front line ops. Not like I will cancel my accounts, but the very little help she did provide (canceling my card and ordering a new one were things I could have done on my own.) Also, if I say my card doesn’t work where I shop for groceries, Don’t tell me to shop at Sprouts, where they use tap to pay.

Went to Chase to get a cashier's check for my closing. I was pleasantly greeted by the branch manager and was thoroughly taken care of in a timely manner. I've been banking with Chase for a while and was impressed by the professional and trendy layout (new to me)! Thanks to Zac and his team for their professional, friendly support.

Tricia the teller was rude and took 40 minutes to do my four transactions. You need to get better employees

Location is brand new and also located to a next gen Sprouts grocery store. Safe bright parking lot amidst of future developments nearby. They have 4 self serve ATMs at this location. No drive through windows. The staff is always friendly and efficient from Zachary teller to Mariah banker. Chase is ahead of the other three banks (Wells, BofA, Citi) when it comes to credit card choices and reward points. Y’all need to Chase what matters.

I needed to open an account. Nobody greeted me or asked what I needed. Fifteen minutes later, someone finally asks. He then states that they are all booked up for the day. I stated that I did not know I needed an appointment. He said you don’t, it’s first come first serve. There was one couple who was ahead of me to see an account specialist. No one else was in the place, and despite first come first serve, they were not going to help me today. I’m happy to wait my turn…..clearly they had all the customers they were so booked with stashed somewhere else. Very poor communication, poor customer service.

We've twice now had poor experiences here. Rude staff, saying you don't need an appointment over the phone but scolds you for not having one when you come in. We have had to walk out both times and go to another location. Seems understaffed with poor service. After being a chase customer for years pretty disappointed in this branch in our neighborhood.

Chase Bank is horrible. Do not trust a penny with these crooks. They charged $30k in transaction fees from a cyber attack on my website. It took the nearly 2 weeks to return a phone call and they’ve transferred us to multiple departments who have all not lifted a finger to help. A small local business attacked by the big corporate bank during Covid. Chase Bank is a fraud.

Save your time, headache and hassle and DO NOT go to this location!! From the moment you walk into the branch with Mariah (Team Lead), to the teller...it was difficult to say the least. You shouldn’t have to get the Branch Manager out to problem solve and and bring solutions to the table. Mariah was terrible at a stressful situation and started snapping at the customer over an issue, which just fueled the fire of the problem. Working with the public can be difficult, but if you are going to be in a leadership type role, especially working with the public, understand how to calmly approach a situation and give solutions, not make the problem worse. Thank you Zach (Branch Mgr), for helping so much, approaching the situation in a calm manner and giving multiple solutions to the problem and getting the transaction completed.

Had an appointment scheduled today and no one notified me this location would be temporarily closed. Terrible service. A call would have been appreciated so I didn’t waste my time.

The hours on the door say from Monday to Friday they are open until 6. I show up at 5:10pm under this impression. They tell me there’s nothing they can do, the sign is wrong and I’m in the wrong. I’m very disappointed in this establishment. My transaction would have taken 2 minutes if that.
