  Rick Iraheta was amazing! I got recommended SFFCU by a friend while I was searching for an auto loan. Their low rates could not be matched by competitors. I was on a time crunch to get a car and Rick exceeded my expectations. He was fast and efficient. I was approved for a loan the same day. He even helped me look at listings of the car I was interested in. Although, I already had a car in mind his help was much appreciated. I got the car I wanted the next day! Thank you so much Rick!

  I love this credit union! Staff are friendly and helpful, it's low key yet focused on customer service. We are so grateful to have switched from DarthVader Bank of Wells Fargo, which we did about 10y ago, to our delight. No points on Visa, but cash back.

  Lack of communication and transparency. I was referred to Redwood Credit union after trying SFCU and couldn’t be happier.

  If i couls describe this bank in one word it would be "untrustworthy". Id trust an addict with my money more than i trust this bank. Very disappointing experience! :(
