  Wait times for everything! It took me over a hour for a simple withdrawal. They should have front tellers and back tellers again. Everything takes FOREVER here.

  I've been with Chase Bank for a long time so I took my teenage sons into the bank today to open high school accounts. Marisol Chavez was very personable, friendly and helpful.

  We ALWAYS have an issue every single time we use this bank. We no longer have Chase for a reason! They have absurd policies. My husbands job issues their checks to Chase, so unfortunately we have to cash our checks there. We go through today, 3 separate times! Because they change their reason they can’t cash it every time. First time, they state that my husbands company is set up for “positive pay” meaning they send something stating they issue a check for this amount to said person. & according to them, his company didn’t do it. So he calls his HR and they state otherwise that they are not set up that way. We go back through and tell them what his HR said and give the number to call and verify. Ok great. Done. Nope!!! Now they’re saying they can not cash it because he needs two non expired IDs. His ID went out last month and has had his appt set up for February. You can’t just go to the DMV anymore. It’s all appts. Which are booked. So now the only option to cash this check is to transfer it someone with a chase account. HOW ABSURD!!! The branch manager had no sympathy whatsoever. This is our rent money! Everytime we fix the issue, they come up with another one! Ridiculous. Please choose another bank!

  I've been a Chase customers for over 15 years this is the worst Chase Bank branch in America that I had the experience with. There ATM's sometimes do not work and when you do go inside to get the money all these bank tellers they look at you all weird and crazy and ask strange questions. Thank God for crypto.

  This branch of chase Bank be careful when you withdraw money there is a theft on the parking I withdraw money on 12/3 2021 around 2 pm $ 3500 he follows me all the way to to forest hill tx with my aunt house I park my car I go in side to the house when i grap the item I came back my car is the driver side glass broke they take the money around $8000 and all my documents with my wallet thanks guys check your side before you left

  Terrible customer service. I called asking for a notary service. Max Williams told me to come in because there was 2 notary's "available now". And then he made me wait so long for it. After waiting 45 min re could not notarize my document. I went next door to WellsFargo, muxh better vustomer service and it was done super quick. I Will consider moving all my bussiness to a different institution if customer service continue to be low quality.

  Mrs.Kelly Nguyen, was very professional and helpful. I came 30 minutes right before the bank was suppose to close and wanted to open a checking account, usually opening one would take longer but she accepted me and said we would pump through it. I came wanted to sign up for a student account but she wanted to give me the best deal and I left with a premium account for my service. (I didn’t know chase did that) She was very thorough and fast with all the details and documents. She also was very friendly and professional making a lot of small talk. After my account was approve and everything a few days later she emailed me checking up on my account and if I needed any assistance. I just needed help logging into my chase account and she helped me very quickly. If you’re gonna talk to a banker, talk to her, Thanks again Mrs.Nguyen!

  No one to greet you in the lobby to direct the flow of traffic to speak with a personal banker, for which I assumed then they would have some type of sign in sheet but there wasn't one. After waiting for about 15 minutes, I was still never approached by anyone so at this point I'm not sure if anyone is even aware that I am there or how much longer until I will be seen by anyone. I get up and leave. Same exact experience at the branch location on Broad St. that same day as well. However, third times the charm... Go see the branch manager and personal bankers at the Matlock and Debbie lane location if you want an efficient and personable experience. The Branch manager Brandy is front and center greeting her customers ( although I felt more like a guest) as they enter and leave the bank. I noted that she greeted several customers by name. I'll drive out of my way to this branch before I drive less than 10-15 minutes up the street in either direction to go to the Broad or Camp Wisdom locations.

  I went here on Saturday, but had to leave since I did not want to wait for an extra hour. However, people were nice and helpful as when I came back during next weekday, they took good care of all my bank's needs. I wish they have more available staffs on Saturday.

  Just cashed a check as a non-customer....teller solicits advice that I can save the $8 fee if I cash at my bank. I told her i didnt want to cash at my bank. I then told her i needed small bills, she says smaller than 20's? I said yes 10's n 5's. I get back to my car and recount. All 20's except one 10!!!! I've worked as a teller for many years.....I think this was on purpose! See why I dont bank at Chase!
