  It was a horrible banking experience. You tried to pay a bill, give them appropriate identification and the banking staff gives you a snarky attitude about the IDs. As a customer, I am not going to take that discourteous behavior. The manager will talk back to you and literally harass you get into your personal space. When I mean personal space it's 18 inches to 2 feet away from you take it being COVID circumstancesthe past few years. It was an invasion of my personal space. They harass you as you are conduct a financial transaction.They had a woman who belittled me and my rights to exercise free speech. These two didn't think very highly of the US Constitution and the First Amendment. People need to cancel business at this bank and take your business to more local banks who care about you as a human being.

  I had to visit this branch for an urgent cashier's check to purchase a vehicle. The branch closed at 5:00; I walked in at 5:01. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the angel teller that took care of me, but I can't send enough "thank yous" to her for allowing me to slip through the door and take care of my car purchase.
