  I had to get some tax paperwork corrected that was associated with my account and was assisted by Conner Gordon. He provided me with professional, friendly and superb service. I was very impressed with how thorough he was, that he actually spoke with another banker to make sure he covered everything with the correction. The teamwork that was displayed really makes me comfortable to come back for any other banking or investment needs I may have in the future.

  David is the superstar banker. I have never met a banker who is kind, flexible, and knowledgeable like him. Our appointment is a day later but he came and offered to help us any way. I would highly recommend him for any of your banking issue or everything for that matter. 5 stars for this location! Superb experience.

  I am a small business owner and loyal to the 8 mile and Haggerty branch. The staff is very friendly and I don't feel like I am working with a corporate bank when I go into their location for help. They manage to get me in the same day and take care of my business needs quickly as possible and every time it has been on the same day. Thank you Craig for the assistance you provided this week. You were outstanding and I know I can depend on you and your staff for the future banking needs of my business.

  Very friendly staff. Every time I come in I get greeted and they provide good service. It's good customer service that you would expect anywhere, but these days I'm finding good customer service is hard to find. Would recommend.

  Very slow drive-thru. Both times have been there a small deposit and withdrawal took such a long time.
