  This is such a welcoming 5/3rd! All the staff seem to genuinely get along which I think is so important for good customer service. The banker who helped me, Katie Hawkins, was so knowledgeable and made sure the business account I was opening for my new LLC was the best for me personally! I would highly recommend this location over others in the area! I felt very taken care of!

  I've generally had a good experience with this bank, and have no problems with this branch. However, even though I opted out of having money taken out of my account that wasn't there for an automatic withdrawal, they have gone ahead with the transition, and inappropriately charged me a fee anyway. So, what good is opting out? If the money isn't there, refuse the transaction and let me deal with the receiver. The 'customer service' line was helpful, by removing the fee, but I do Not need to be told in a condescending manner, that; "That's not how it works", and, "I'm sorry you're confused" I told her that I was not confused. I told her; I don't care how 'it works', I'm telling you how it should work. Once I close my account, and go somewhere else, I will no longer be confused. Oh, and by the way; one is unable to write a review for this bank, unless they do it through Google Maps. That's probably by 5/3 design. Fifth Third...where they're making banking a Third Fifth better....

  Don't do business with this bank, there website works 3-4 days a week, they stack checks, hold checks, and play with deposits to take out small business. Never in my life have I seen such arrogant people STEAL money from the customers. Our company will close our doors because 5/3 bank stole over $500 in just fees stacking checks to benefit them not the customer. 5/3 bank is a criminal enterprise PERIOD!!!!

  A year ago, I requested that $500 be moved from my savings to my checking. They moved it from my checking to my savings (right before a vacation). Luckily, I had someone else on my account who could go into a bank and fix their mistake. Another time, I gave a woman my account information and Identification to withdrawal money and she asked which of my three checking accounts I'd like to take it out of. I don't have 3, so I inquired. She said one with a higher balance that I've ever had. I had to convince her she was in the wrong account. Another time, I received an $8 monthly fee. When I inquired, the same woman said it was because I was no longer a student. I asked if every person who wasn't a student was charged an $8 fee and she rolled her eyes at me. Another banker took me in their office and immediately removed the fee. I will drive out of my way not to go to this location anymore.

  Kelly Abdilla's knowledge of mortgage products is amazing! There are no surprises when you work with her, she has all the answers. If you want honest, accurate answers about loan products, you need to work with her.

  I've only had a few experiences at this bank with my moms account but everyone was friendly, professional, and efficient. I would highly recommend using this branch. Saved me time and gave me no trouble doing everything correctly.

  Friendly, helpful staff. This is a great branch! Unfortunately 5/3’s customer service center 1-800 number has been dreadful lately. They used to be so helpful and now they seem unorganized, confused and unhelpful. So go to this branch, but don’t expect much from the company’s customer service line!

  I work for a dealership and needed a lien release from their HQ. I waited about 5 mins they were able to send me a copy at no charge. They were very polite. Although my interaction with them was simple, i would say positive.

  Closed account due to poor customer service. When I went to close it they wanted me to explain why I opened the account? Made the right call.
