  I am now a believer that you can trust your lender. If the lender happens to be Silverline Lending, that is. Not only can you trust this company, but they also take pride in delivering the lowest rate with the most efficient service. They go above to beyond to help you through the process and stick with you all the way through. My broker (who previously worked as a mortgage lender) even praised Silverline Lending when they saw how they handled my mortgage. Thank you! I will forever have peace of mind knowing my lending needs will always be handled honestly ad efficiently.

  I have worked with Silverline and their customers as an insurance agent for almost a year. They always go above and beyond for their clients making sure they can get them the best rate they can and their loan process goes smoothly. That is why when I bought my house last month, I chose Silverline to handle my loan. Chris locked me in at a great rate and answered all my questions (there were a lot) as I was a first time homebuyer. I really appreciate all his help! Thank you!!!

  Overall, I had a great experience using Silverline Lending. I mainly worked with Andrew and Sara and both had great communication. Andrew was able to walk me through all the steps and was able to answer any questions I had. As a first time home buyer, I had quite a few concerns but Andrew made sure I was comfortable and it was a fairly easy process. Only thing I would knock is that I could have gotten a better rate through my bank or another lender. My rate wasn't bad by any means, but I could have gotten lower. But I think the tradeoff of having something there with you every step and a phone call away made up for the difference. The big bank lender loan officer I worked with shortly didn't seem quite as personable and saw me as just another customer. To sum it up, iSilverline Lending was easy to work with, had great communication, and had competitive rates.

  Silverline lending was a great experience for me. Andrew and Dawn were always available to answer my questions and guide me every step of the way.
