  Charlie and Stef were wonderful. We switched to Movement Mortgage in the middle of our home-buying process, and we needed quicker-than-normal approval to make an offer on the property we wanted. Charlie and Stef did everything possible to accomplish what we needed. They are both very easy-going, personable, and great to work with, and they are also very knowledgeable about the process, current interest rates, and the effect of those rates on payment, etc. Initially, Charlie gave me a couple of figures on the fly before he could get to the office. The estimates were spot-on when he got back to me. Multiple times he predicted, effectively, what the interest rate would do, which allowed us to lock a rate before the interest rate went up...which, by the way, happened exactly as he predicted. I have no cons to list about working with this team. They are fantastic, and I highly recommend them. You will not regret choosing them as your lender.
