  To start off with, I would like to thank Charlie for his time and effort with assisting me with my first home buying experience. My credit was not in the best of shape when beginning this process and Charlie guided me through what steps needed to be taken to get my credit where it needed to be. Charlie truly made this process seamless. Anytime I had any questions, Charlie responded with an answer within minutes. I would highly recommend Charlie to anybody looking to be approved for a home loan.

  I heard about Charlie from a co-worker; I called him up about getting approved for a house loan. Right away Charlie was more than happy to help me through the process and when it came time to sign papers Charlie found the best loan type and interest rate for me. He was able to answer all my questions and explain the terms very clearly. Charlie was always easy to get a hold of to answer any of my questions even after the loan papers were signed. I highly recommend him for any of your loan needs!

  This being my second time getting a mortgage for a house I have a little experience on what to expect. Charlie made this process easier than I thought it could be. Charlie is friendly and knowledgeable and was able to explain everything in a way that made it easy to understand. I would highly recommend using Charlie to anyone looking for a mortgage.   Charlie was wonderful to work with. He was fast and provided updates as well as, guidance throughout the refinancing process. He was always available for questions and provided thoughtful answers. Overall it was the best experience me and my wife have had dealing with mortgage refinancing

  Charlie went above and beyond in helping my wife and I with the loan process for our home. His diligent efforts to ensure the process was as easy for us as possible were extensive. I truly felt like all the work that he could possibly do for us, he did. The only details of the loan process I had to worry about were the ones that legally needed my attention (signatures, initials, etc.) I was very impressed with Charlie's work. He was knowledgeable, quick, and accessible. I highly recommend.

  Charlie Badida is someone that you can truly put your trust in! He takes the time to explain things to you so you know exactly what to expect! This was my first time purchasing a home and I had so many questions and Charlie took his time and gave me all the information needed to make the best financial decisions.   Charlie helped me with everything from getting my loan through at the bank, getting the authorizations I needed with the housing associations, with the VA, and many extras being that I am not great with computers. He went above and beyond to get everything squared away not only on time but early, and made the entire process so much easier for me. I would highly recommend his services to anyone, plus he's just a nice man to work with!

  Charlie was great to work with. He made the process go smooth. He helped us figure out what we needed to do credit wise. He always called us back right away to answer any of our questions. He made the process seem simple. We are very thankful that we were able to work with charlie and now we are enjoying our beautiful house!
