  A friend informed me of how awesome Rachel is. I was using a different company to sell my house and another to move into my new house. Everything was aligned perfectly so I could move out of mine and into the new one. Then it all fell apart. I was going to be homeless for a few weeks due to their errors. Rachel stepped in, took control and got me into my house on the date that was originally set. She is amazing! Not only does she do her job well, she also care about your feelings.   When it came time to buy a home, and it was my first time doing so, I had no idea what I was doing. Rachel made it so easy and stress free.   Rachel was amazing my entire loan process. From the first time I filled out my application to when I received my keys to my new home! She kept me informed and made sure I understood every step when we are at it, I had a million questions and she answered them all in a very timely manner and never made me feel silly for not knowing part of the process. Buying a home is a huge step / milestone and I am so glad I had Rachel to “hold my hand” through all of it!

  Rachel is a 10 in my book. She is an expert on credit repair and works with the challenging buyers until they are ready. She does nol turn someone away just because of bad credit and move on to the next one. Rachel gives me detailed reports on everyone I refer to her. I can confidently say that Rachel is one of the best lenders I have worked with in my 39 years of doing real estate.
