  I have to post about how amazing my service was with Carrie! She was the nicest person I’ve ever met and extremely professional! She took time out of her day to help me, and I’ve never experienced such amazing customer service! This location is extremely lucky to have her, because she is an absolute asset to have! I can’t rave enough about her. I’m so lucky to have gotten her as my banker while opening a business account, and I will ask for her every single time!

  Sending checks out a week in advance but they aren’t arriving on time! First Merit was so much better with online banking. They have now closed the inside (many other banks are open- in fact have found no others that are closed)- and they shortened their hours! Shame on you Huntington!

  Would be nice if they answered their phones. Tried calling on a Saturday morning, no answer. We also bank with USBank & will consider transferring ALL of our $$ to USBank because service at this Huntington branch is awful. Wait time inside is often too long. Customer service is slipping here.

  The staff here is always pleasant and friendly! I don't get nearly the same service at any of the other banks I frequent. Whatever they're doing to keep nice people there they need to keep doing it.

  Slowest bank I have ever been to! Took 30 minutes just to make a cash deposit! Spent my entire lunch break in the drive-thru line when there were only 2 cars before me!

  This bank is horrible. You will wait in line forever. Terrible customer service, some if the employees are so rude and slow I wouldn't even expect them to be working at a fast food joint. I have waited 15 mins to cash a check on several ocassions. It's a lacking branch that is only in business because they are the only ones there.
