  I have tried and tried to call the branch for a long time. It took me 8 calls and 30 minutes to be able to talk to someone at the branch. I seriously think to move my money if service doesn't improve. If I want to talk to someone at Dallas or California I will call the main customer service number. There is a reason why a customer calls a specific branch. Very bad customer service. Answering incoming phone calls should be the bare minimum when it comes to customer service, even if they promise a call back is fine, just answer the phone calls. Very disappointing. For bad customer service I could just go to any Bofa branch, I certainly expect more from a brokerage that handles my investments.

  I have been to this office twice and they have not been able to assist me either time. Constantly give you the run around and different answers none of which are correct. Please go somewhere else for assistance.

  The two men at the front desk were rude. They don’t accept cash deposits.

  Service is top notch and free seminars are all you'll need to get started. Note that this is not a banking branch so you can't withdraw cash.

  Very friendly and professional service. Plenty of parking. Easy approach and visible from Westheimer. Good lobby atmosphere.

  They never answer the phone!!! When you show up they are extremely helpful but they don’t respond to emails or answer the damn phone
