  Pass on this one. There's a reason they have so few customers. Go somewhere else, this place doesn't have a clue. Why bank somewhere small with no one else? Slow

  Do not bank at this bank!!! At all cost! You will not receive the help you deserve. Only this bank can help you with any problems and the manager will not help you! I asked the person on the phone with me, “how would you feel if this happened to you?” SHE LAUGHED AT ME. Even Bank of America is a better bank. Do not listen to the hold messages as they are all false. They don’t care about you at all. You are not even allowed to Speak to a manager. There is a reason this location as 1.9 stars. I will keep you updated if they still refuse to help and if I officially close my account, and never look back!

  Prosperity Bank cleared hundreds of forged checks. This account only had one signer. The authorized signed did not sign any of these checks. This Company that was defrauded out of over $485,000 has named the person that signed the checks and had additional named Prosperity Bank employees that were in collaboration and approved the checks and many transfers of funds all with criminal intent to include but not limited by wire fraud. I would strongly reconsider using Prosperity Bank!

  Stacy and Marci kept me informed and answered all my questions prior to closing. I only had issues with Tammy being at closing as she was unable to answer questions or provide guidance. Stacy or Marci should have been at closing.

  They allow employees to work here even if they have bankruptcies and foreclosures. I am not sure I trust a banker who can not even manage their own money

  Bank charges 1.5% to cash a check. Royal rip off. Take your business anywhere but here.
