  Very unprofessional. I tried to open an account at age 37, and they refused me because my mother with dementia, mental illness and Munchausen by Proxy told them not to open my account. I'm a grown man not living with my mommy. Get a reality check. What kind of professionals let a mommy control a grown man's financial status? They violated my privacy rights altogether by sharing an adult's account status with an adult who has zero rights to the information. Think about who they will be sharing YOUR information with if they did this to me. Your neighbor? Your crazy relatives? Your boss?

  This was at a satellite Charles Schwab office. It is relatively small but the people working there work as a team so if the person I usually use is not in I can get the exact information I need. Very helpful and quick. They understand what I'm looking for and guide me correctly. Quick and helpful
