  I left Schwab a few years ago because they cut me of from my account and none would help me. I decided to last August. A lady there helped me get my account and funds transferred to Schwab and that it should take about a week. She was right. Today is the end of October and I still have not heard anything from Schwab. I want to take some cash out of my IRA but I do not know who my Schwab Representative is. Maybe I should go back to Fidelity. At least they stay in touch.

  Elizabeth, Emily, and Phillup are each professional and very helpful indivuals. If you have question or queries on investments. These are great experts in there respective fields of study. I wish all three of them a better investment tomorrow :)

  It takes 3-5 business days to make a change in investments if you are in their managed accounts. A lot happens in 4 days. The next change we make will be to a company who can respond a little faster or self directed. Nice people you will deal with at the Chandler location, but it's not in their hands.

  Liked for deposits for checking account, dislike due to some rules that cause 7 day check holding? May be time to switch to something they haven't bought or go with b of a. Almost unforgivable to hold account for ransom.
