  Worst bank to deal with. I have came twice and spent hours just to add my wife into the accounts. After that, I have to call 3 times to get the debit card sent to us.

  Service at this location has improved in recent time. The older gentleman at the front is a class act - always friendly and professional. No problems processing deposits and opening new accounts. Would recommend coming at any time except near closing hours - when you are almost always guaranteed to wait.

  Very bad experience. They could make a simple much more complicated than you expect. I suspect that the employees there do not tell me how to open complete accounts by intention. It takes me four times of visits, lasting one year since the first time of visit, to get my bank debt card finally. I hate this bank!

  I had a brokerage account with them from when I was working for SGI and kept that account with my other other stock investments. The records they keep of my investments is at best inaccurate. the price on my stocks shown on the website is much lower than what I paid for. Also there is apparently some missing stocks and when I asked to have that investigated and corrected there was total silence. I found Capital one investing to be much much better in terms of service, record accuracy and commission price. I will be moving my stocks soon. Update Jan 23, 2018: I call Charles Schwab main number and got in touch with their records personnel Mike Christy who was extremely helpful and resolved all my problems and also followed up with me through phone calls. He saved his company's image and made a happy customer again. So I have changed the rating to 4*. Still the local consultants are of no value to the company!
