      They were unable to open an account for me due to technical issues. They were late for all appointments and in total, it was a waste of 1.5 hours. It seems like they don't have a good handle on timeliness, organization, and system capabilities.

      It was a great and convenient bank where I could do many things by simply visiting the branch. However now there is not much I can do without an appointment which is often during my work hours :(

      Do not use online banking or mobile banking, most of the employees don't know these capabilities internally, or how mobile banking works. Employees are not trained or even en powered, so they end up bouncing customer around instead of resolving any issues.

      They are so friendly and some people can speak Japanese. If you do not have a confident for English, I highly recommend for Japanese.
