David Lau1They don't have 10 one hundred dollar bills for me when I made a one thousand dollar withdrawal. They said they need to have those bills for some other customers. Isn't it a first-come-first-serve system? I finally negotiated to have only 5 instead of 10. They told me to call the next day to find out if they have 10 one hundred dollar bills! They also asked me to try other branches.

Chris G2Went there to deposit a check and ask if it would be quicker to use the atm or the teller. as in which might make it into my account faster. I would think the teller but now the atms scan your checks and what not so I thought id ask. well the asian teller with the sideways kinda looking mohawk told me "I dont know you should time it with a stopwatch or something" @ that point I replied well I thought you might know since you work here. so I requested for my check back and walked to the atm machine and finished my deposit. and now going forward all will be made that way. regardless what time of day. ive been a customer since it was Downey savings. that may change soon.
