      In early 2019 I rolled over my retirement account to a Schwab's IRA from my previous employer. My Financial Advisor is Hank Yu Mr.Yu is great...I can't say enough about him. He makes me feel like my account is important,even though it's not a large amount. He always returns my calls in a timely manner,and sometimes just calls me to ask if I have any questions regarding my account. He is very patient ,knowledgeable and professional.

      The girls at the front counter are so rude and condescending, I walked out. They lose out on my corporate sep-ira accounts I was going to sign up for my corporation. Went to vanguard instead. Stay away they don’t know how to be nice obviously.
