Abe S1As of today, Jan 27 2022 - they are indefinitely closed. You can still use the ATMs. They have been closed for weeks now. Google Maps still shows their regular business hours, though, as of today.

Jen Panos1Tried to drop off documents for our family's loan. Our agent wasn't available so I asked another person to help me. He literally put his hands up and said "I'd rather not" when I asked if I could leave the paperwork with him. He only reluctantly took them after speaking to his manager. I couldn't get over the complete lack of customer service. And it was not an isolated incident during our loan process. We do all our other banking with Chase. I will never do another loan with B of A- ever.

Pamela TabacoLeon1This is my first experience with a bank that WOULD NOT ACCEPT A CASH DEPOSIT. Previously I had made several deposits at this bank into a relative's account without a problem. Bank clerks in the past were accommodating in assisting me in making deposits into a relative's account. However, this particular bank clerk (Clarabell) refused my cash deposit unless I had the full account number. As a reference I showed her my previous receipts of my deposits in that bank. She informed me that the receipts were of no use without the full account number. When I requested a name search she also declined to help me. Left feeling frustrated. I will no longer do business at this bank in the Colonies, as I'd rather take a short drive to the next nearest Bank of America. Which, by the way, the next nearest Bank of America accepted my cash deposit, helping me in any way they could. That is what good customer service is. Perhaps the Colonies Bank of America could learn from their sister banks in reviewing customer service.

damia law1STILL waiting in line after waiting for 20 minutes! There’s about 6 people behind me still needing assistance. Only one person at the counter while 2 other women just walk around. Don’t come here if you’re looking to get in and out. Go to the one on Foothill

Ashley Coronado1I wish i would have seen the reviews before wasting my time here. 3:45pm and all the bankers are gone. Its not a holiday weekend. We got off early to talk to a banker about our account to find out they also left early.
