  This experience would have not be successful without Chanin. She literally changed my life in a short 6/8 months. She helped me built my credit up and literally got me into my dream home.   Chanin helped me purchase my first home! She was very patient and takes her time when explaining the home buying process. She was also extremely communicative, and I felt like I could ask her anything. She clearly set aside time for me, so I never felt like I was going through the process alone. I will definitely be recommending her to friends and family. Especially, first time home buyers!

  It was great working with Chanin Wisler during our home buying experience! She always kept us in the loop and was super responsive. We're first-time homebuyers, so her thorough answers to all our questions were especially helpful. Our seller was in a hurry to close. Chanin kept pace by coordinating a speedy appraisal and keeping her team engaged throughout the process. We also knew she had our back.   Chanin is a true professional and masterful at what she does. Working with Chanin and her team was a great pleasure. The format used to present information allowed for documents to be easy to read and understand. Additionally, the technology used to deliver documentation allowed for timely responses from all parties involved. Chanin worked efficiently and effectively to accommodate both of our hectic schedules. She responded to all of my calls and emails in a timely manner.   This was the 3rd home that I have purchased. My experience with Chanin was the best that I have had dealing with a lender. She kept me informed every step of the way throughout the process. She was also helpful with explaining what and why some documents were accepted and not accepted which allowed me to alleviate issues in a timely manner. The overall experience could not have been better. I highly recommend Chanin for your lending needs and will only use her for future purchases.

  Working with Chanin was a good experience! She was able to secure me a loan that worked within my budget and was expeditious in doing so. I appreciated her willingness to answer all my questions as they arose even when on vacation. Although I did not utilize any down payment assistance programs due to the higher interest rates she was able to work things out so that they would still work for my needs. As a first time home buyer her assistance was greatly appreciated!

  I work for a builder who has our own financing. However there have been several times in which I needed help with getting financing and reached out to Chanin. Shes always been very polite to work with through the entire process. She takes the time to coach buyers step by step on what it will take to get them to the finish line. Many buyers in the beginning of meeting her are frustrated as they had been working with other lenders all to learn they couldn’t hit the end goal of getting them approved. But not Chanin!!
