      ATM 🏧 is pretty slow, response time wise, but other than that a very smooth banking experience. Credit promotional offers and rating services are excellent 👍 for new bankers and existing ones as well.

      Entire staff helpful and friendly, on site, off-street parking makes it easy to get in and out. One of the few FULL service Capital One branches in DC plus offers old school banking amenities of lollipops and coffee/tea bar!

      I always get the best customer service at this branch. And it is so nice as I can walk there from where I live! The bank is a beautiful space and as I stated, everyone is always happy to assist. Thank you.

      Beware to drive there because I received $250 fine for parking. There was a sign that warned not to park unless you have business with the bank. The sign didn't specify the duration allowed for clients to park in their parking lot. Since I did have business inside the bank, and there were only couple of cars in a spacious parking lot of which the capacity was about 15 cars, I did not think I would need to leave the parking lot as soon as I was done with the business at the bank. In fact, the consultation I had at the bank ended much quicker than I had expected (which lasted only 10 minutes according to the bank staff) so I had some free time before I had to return home to look after my toddler. I took a walk in the neighborhood and came back within an hour only to find a ticket of $250 placed on my window. Apparently, their internal rule is to report to the police if the car owner doesn't leave the parking space within 15 minutes after the owner left the bank building. According to the bank staff I left the building at 9:25am. The ticket was issued at 9:45am. When I returned to the parking lot, it was around 10:15am. The bank staff just kept on saying they were following the principle. I ended up having to contest at DMV to get the ticket dismissed. There is absolutely no point of making their clients go through all this hassle, especially when they have plenty of underutilized asset that could be shared for the benefit of their clients while not making it depreciate in any sense. They were simply being so mean.

      The worst client service I’ve ever experienced. The client representative advised me to do everything online than visit the branch to open a new account. Why would I have made all the way down there if I could have figured out by myself on the website? I interacted with 3 staff and they kept on repeating the branch operation policy without willing to listen to my specific situation.

      Great costumer service, The site can be understaffed, but after a 10 minute wait I was able to set up my account in around 5 minutes!
