  I'm not sure how to change my google name, but we have worked with Change Home Mortgage, formerly Commerce Home Mortgage, a total of 4 times in purchasing properties and most recently a refinance. We find Jim Bonner's team to be prompt in their response, thoroughly experts in their knowledge, and caring and supportive in their interactions with us during the stress of the loan process. Jim is incredibly knowledgeable in the space and had tons of advice and options about different way to approach any issues that came up through the home mortgage process.   My entire experience with Commerce was awesome! My loan officer - Jim, took time to describe all my options and the pros & cons for each. After selecting my loan, I had many questions and Gail made sure to answer all of them. The whole process was very quick and Commerce made sure I was informed and taken care of during the entire loan process. I am definitely using Commerce for all my future home loans!
