  Being in the the industry, I am not only particular, but also protective of my personal information. Although it was not easy for me, she was immediately someone I could trust. Vickie was beyond professional, and I have already referred my son to her. Referring my children to her is literally the best compliment, and my small way to repay her for her professionalism.

  Vickie spent a ton of time answering my questions and reviewing my options as I was researching my loan. She even made herself available at odd hours on weekends to answer oe return my calls. For that reason, and the competitiveness of the loan itself, I went with Cherry Creek. From that point on, I had a team managing my loan while working with my realtor to make sure everything fell into place on time. It felt effortless on my part.   We were introduced to Vicki a little over 5 years ago, where we got a mortgage for our forever home.  The process with Vicki was smooth and informative, with a nice homeowner’s binder with our paperwork and helpful ownership and maintenance information. Two years ago I reached out to Vicki again, looking to refi for some home improvement projects.  Vicki thankfully steered me in a better direction than I was headed, and put me in contact with a banker to get an awesome rate on a HELOC, saving me over $10,000 in the end! Now in 2020, I reached out to Vickie to take advantage of the interest rates that dropped while COVID-19 was rearing it’s ugly head, and we quickly locked in to a great rate, dropping 5 additional years off the loan and enabling us to get cash out to start a new business. Vicki is not only a fantastic, responsive, hard working mortgage broker, but she is a honest and caring advisor throughout the process, helping us make sound life and financial decisions base on the options she advised us on.  She always made herself available day and night, scrambled on a moments notice when things got interesting (due to me throwing a wrench a week before closing), and always showed that she cares!!!  Vicki and her team had been fantastic once again, and I really can’t thank her enough!   We will ALWAYS use Vicki for our mortgage needs!!!

  I’ve used Cherry Creek Morgage For financing twice now with two different teams. Each time was as easy as uploading documents and talking on the phone a few times. Not to name names, but Leah Reinolds was the star of the show and had excellent communication with us the whole time. They’ve always been very professional and fast. I closed in less than a month. They even sent us a laser engraved cheese board with our names on it. Super cool little gift.

  Vickie and her team have earned my full support and recommendation. I was impressed by how communicative they were. The team went as far as to assist me in getting late payments removed from my credit to raise it, and we succeeded! It can be a challenging process, but the team brought persistence and expertise to make it fluid. Because we took care of all the personal and financial requirements early, they even closed early upon my request! There are situations where you make a decision NOT solely based on price, but instead on overall quality (there we other firms offering me a lower rate initially), and for me this was one of them. I ended up better of financially in the end due to their focus and creativity, and it will keep paying dividends into the future. These folks are quality, I recommend you use them.   Thanks to Vickie and her team, buying my first house was easier than I could have imagined. They sent fun videos that walked me through each step and explained what to expect next. Vickie answered all of my questions and helped me choose the best option for my situation which was a 15 year loan at 3% interest. My loan was even ready 2 weeks earlier than expected.   I never thought that my lender would be the highlight of my home buying experience but Laurie, Ashley, and Vicki took the cake. They were stupendous: attentive, patient, thoughtful, and incredibly quick. In a matter of hours I was approved for a loan from start to finish and they were right beside me until I closed on my first home.
