  I have used Dawn twice now. Once for my initial purchase and again to refinance my home. She is always available and there when you need her to answer questions. You can tell she really cares about her clients and does everything in her power to do what’s best for them and keep them informed. I can’t recommend Dawn enough!

  The team was very helpful and comunicative thru out my refiniance. Initally I was trying to convert to a conventional loan but due to my credit and income ratio, this was not possble. The team continued to search for the best possible loan that I could qualify and did an amazing job! I am now saving a few hundred $ to my monthly payment . Thank you to Kirk and Jaundre and Todd.

  I worked with Lisa Martin from Nova Home Loans to refinance my home and the experience was 5 stars start to finish. I have worked with large financial institutions in the past, only to find the process was sluggish and the interest rates were higher that what Lisa Martin/Nova Home Loans was able to offer. I have now worked with Lisa on 3 separate occasions for my home purchase and refinancing needs and I feel fortunate to have worked with her. She is top notch and the best in the business!

  Felt like all of NOVA was working with me to make it happen. First Jenny and Mia worked with me on improving my credit, with no-nonsense, non-judgmental, specific advice. Then we went over loan options and made a strategy to do FHA now and refi with conventional later. Then David jumped in to help with documentation and advice. Any time I had a question or concern, I received almost immediate assistance.
