  The online portal was almost impossible to get through. This ended up in multiple applications going through. They ended up giving me 10 hard inquiries from the same 4 banks. Drop my score 100 points.

  I really don't know I haven't work with them I just got approved for my loan and it didn't take them long at all l do know it didn't take them long to get it approved.

  The Lender I worked with was very quick to respond to my questions and got my APR down from 15% to 4.5%. Not saying this would happen for anyone however. Autopay seems to be very professional and quick with handling documents.
