  Love this Banner Branch! Danielle who has helped me most is a pleasure to deal with! Her helpful personality is appreciated. Brian the branch Manager also is very helpful. So much so i moved my personal banking & Business Banking to Banner Bank. I was at my previous bank over 25 years! Highly Recommend Banner Bank mostly because of the exceptional Service! Thank You!

  Very rude and unpleasant. I went in to get money I pulled out of their outside ATM changed into large bills. They gave me a song and dance about how the 20 dollar bills I was handing them from THEIR machine could be counterfeit and therefore they couldn't help me. Bank elsewhere if you don't like being insulted.

  Crooks! Used their ATM, $7.00 in fees because it wasn't my bank. Really?!

  Banner Bank is Customer Service. We have been so pleased with the personal, attentive service from Banner Bank's staff. They put other banks to shame in their natural, easy, friendly manner of caring for their customers. We're very pleased to have our accounts with Banner Bank. We give them our highest recommendation!

  The Chico branch is pretty bad. Poor customer service. Management staff could be heard from her office (couldn't be bothered to get up) complaining about a customer to a teller about why are they even at their bank. If you want a bank that cares I do not believe this is it.

  The tellers at the front are great. Went in there to get cash and had an issue with Discover and Wendy was able to help me talk to them and get everything figured out. She went above and beyond her job to help me resolve a transaction. Thanks
