  Monique was very responsive and really helped when I needed a last minute notary for my dad in the ICU. She was professional and caring, and she worked with my schedule knowing I had to leave soon for the airport. I would highly recommend her if you need notary services.

  Ms. Chambers was very nice in communication, charges a reasonable amount, however canceled our appointment 30 mins after it was supposed to happen. No call, no text until after I inquired about her ETA. She was willing to reschedule but due to the timeliness of the situation I went with another notary.

  It’s unfortunate that you came to business page to effect my ratings. We had an appointment I texted you letting you know I had a family emergency. It wasn’t 30 minutes let’s be honest. We never exchanged any money. It was a rescheduled appointment time. I reiterated and apologized repeatedly for the inconvenience. Also I offered to meet you at a later time the same day or even early the next morning. You said the time wouldn’t work for you. I tried to accommodate you the best to my ability.

  If you are considering a private server, don’t think about it twice! Monique was very professional and efficient in serving the documents that I needed for my upcoming hearing.   Monique is a rockstar. I was referred to her by another process server in town. She took my call immediately, explained the process, and got to work. I gave her the required documents and information and by the end of the day, the respondent was served. She was so great at keeping in touch with me and went above and beyond by making three attempts to serve in one afternoon. I hope I never need a process server again but if I do, I’ll call Monique in a heartbeat.
