  Lorna is fantastic representative of American Advantage Peterson Group and I would highly recommend the Peterson Group to anyone looking for an auto insurance agency. I have been with them for many, many years and have had fantastic service every time I have called. Lorna finds the best rates, she informed me of insurance details I didn't even know about and has helped with my insurance policy anytime I needed it. Even when I moved cities, I keep this agency! Lorna also has a fast turnaround time if she doesn't know an answer right away it's no more than a day and I receive a call with the information I needed to make a good and wise choice. If you work with this agency and Lorna, you will then appreciate how helpful an insurance agency should and can be. Great Work Lorna and team!

  Lorna is extremely rude. I updated my policy and they were unable to ensure my mortgage company received the correct paperwork thus causing my mortgage payment to increase. They initially refused to transfer me to management. I will be cancelling and leaving BBB complaint regarding this business.

  My experience with American Advantage has been phenomenal! The company which I work for gets their business insurance and arborist insurance through Eric Petersen and we couldn't be happier. Every year they review our policy to see how they can save us money. They are so personal and professional I always speak to a person when I need something updated and its taken care of immediately. I was so impressed working with them through their business insurance in New Berlin I inquired about personal auto insurance and home insurance. I was pleasantly surprised when Marc Petersen found me a perfect fit and saved me money. It is my honest opinion that Petersen and Associates is the best business I have ever worked with. It would do the rest of the world some good to be more like them. Keep up the amazing work guys!

  We have been with Ron Petersen since before the office was renamed American Advantage. Each time we needed review of our insurance company he came to our home and sat down with us to go over our changes. With this company all our insurance needs have been met. We always feel we are getting personal attention when we have claims. They are an excellent company to work with no matter which of the employees you work with.

  The American Advantage Petersen Group is top notch (5 stars+). We have had them for many years, and both our grown sons also use them. I can always count on their team for giving us the correct advice and providing us with the correct coverage for our needs. The staff is very friendly and a pleasure to work with. We are so lucky to have them as our Insurance group, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and honest insurance agency.
