  Wow - the Mob has better business practices then CFCU. A technology upgrade shut down the entire bank for about 2 weeks. They will close your accounts at any time and not even bother to tell you. Management is clueless and staff pretty much do whatever they want. Only financial institution in the world that doesn't have a paper, or electronic, trail of everything that happens. Or maybe its just easily deletable because they simply have no idea what happened to a $13,000 car - but think I should keep paying them. Crooks, con-man or just incompetent. Either way - avoid like Covid!

  Not happy with their service. Lack of knowledge and misinformation cost me when the cause my account the be overdrawn. This happen more than one time. Dissatisfied customer.

  been with CFCU since 1966. Have stayed with CFCU. Have never thought of changing banks. Must be cuz they are a good outfit! Nice folks to deal with in person in branches at East Hill and Triphammer.

  Good luck bank with low fees. There are still some things like their web interface and phone app that needs polishing. One major plus is they are part of the Star network so they have a large number of ATMs outside of the area.

  System upgrade happened days ago and no one I know is able to get into their accounts and I haven't be able to get anyone from CFCU on the phone at all this week. It's ridiculous. Do better guys.

  I've never been more disappointed in the service I've received from a banking institution. If you're considering a relationship with this group, I would highly urge you to take your business elsewhere.
