  Applied online one night and received a call the next morning telling me I was approved. This is our second loan and the staff are personable. I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone!

  The crew at the Smithfield location are so wonderful and caring and very understanding. My mother recently passed so I was not working due to staying home taking care of her during her decline. As well as being passionate through my struggle during that time, they also sent me a beautiful sympathy card. So lucky to have these members to do business with. Thank you staff

  Sold me a extremely over priced car and won’t help me get the price reduced or anything, car was in a previous accident that they didn’t tell me about , they told me they would get the windows fixed when I bought the car but turns out they wouldn’t because of the cost to fix, I’ve spent over 5K in repairs on this car and dealerships all around are saying at this point my car is only worth 2K and I still owe 4K !!! They do not care about any of this and won’t do anything to help me get out of this crooked loan .

  I have been doing business with century finance for over 5 years and they always have treated me exceptionally well. Once I bought a car from a dealer which they financed for me with a bad engine. The dealership was going to charge me more than what the car was worth. Century finance had their own mechanic that they dealt with who ended up fixing my car for 3000 dollars less than the price quoted by the dealership and also came with a warranty the other one didn't. Any time I would be late on a payment they call and remind me and if didn't have the money they would work with until I could pay them. For financial company they sure do go out of the way to help some one out. Thank you Matt and Veronica you guys are awesome.

  If I could rate themortgage with zero stars I would. They are all smiles until you are late and they become rude vultures. Stacy and Jeanette have no compassion and no heart. I missed a payment and before I could schedule it is had a passing in my family and they could care less. Jeanette made a comment in regards of my family members death no occuring during the time frame i got behind..so she didn't see the excuse behind me not contacting them..the only person in care to deal with is Matt. The rest need prayer. Stay away from this company!!!
