      Called to pay my “late payment” of course I’m furious to the fact that they didn’t take the payment on time. I tried to call this past Friday to make a payment. They said oh no don’t worry with that, it’ll come out on the 12th as an allotment. They claimed I paid online, I have no online account made through them. Said they wouldn’t take my payment if I didn’t stop cussing. Legit started giving my card number and she hung up, the manager. Hmmm. A bit fishy, huh. Still have yet to pay my account bc I do NOT have an online account. Called back to get corporates number so I could pay my debt. The manger in the back was like, “hang up hang up” why hang up when I want corporates number to pay my debt? So of course they hung up bc they didn’t want to be in trouble. Should of known it was sketchy business when they send out checks in the mail to just be cashed when I never asked them for a loan. $1,500 ain’t worth this headache. Update- Called Raleigh’s location and it was a much better experience and was able to pay on my account so it wouldn’t go to collections. Thank you Ms. Shelly for helping me out :)
