  Let's start off with the fact that the housing market during the pandemic was/is very challenging with properties selling very quickly. With this said the assistance from Samantha Allen that was above and beyond our expectations. Samantha is very professional, hard worker and very responsive to any and all questions we had. She knew what we were looking for and found the home we desired in a location that we were looking to be. Thank you Samantha for all that you did to assist us in this next chapter of our lives.   Very nice office and atmosphere! I have used a realtor here by the name of Cathy Griffin and she is one of the most kindest professional persons that I have ever met! Ms.Griffin is extremely knowlegeable, professional and goes above and beyond to help and does whatever can be done to make the deal work! One would be very hard pressed in my opinion to find a harder and more knowledegable realtor! She is just a super sweet and hard working individual who knows her job and gives 110% to her customers. After using Ms.Griffin as a realtor, I would not use anyone else to list my house and or property. Just a fantastic person overall who really knows her profession and absolutely loves people! MS.Griffin was such a joy to work with and deal with and is a total asset to her job profession and community and really knows her job and does it, and now a days, that seems too be a very hard thing to find. I Highly recommend this realtor and company!!

  We are into the 4th week since John Grubb paid an unexpected visit on Valentines Day. We have heard absolutely nothing from him or Century 21 since. I am considering this as strike 3 and contacting another realty company.
