Amber H215 mins till closing and they don't want to answer the drive through windows smh.. deposits through the ATM would not work either for any of us through the drive through smh.

Feliz Nesbitt3Took a auto loan out here and it was quick and easy! They also got me a great interest rate. But what’s the issue with no one answering phone/hanging up on you? I took the loan out in Salisbury but am living in Charlotte area so I have to call to make a payment. I really wish it wasn’t a 30 minute process just to get a hold of a teller and make a payment.

David Southern2Hope they don't treat everyone the same. Long story short, I had horrible experience with Premier Credit Union. I opened an account with this location since I worked in this area pretty often to have a local branch I could do quick transactions at. Somehow, two different deposits were "lost" and another was "on hold" for over two weeks. One deposit was eventually 'found' and credited back to my account, the other never was. Even though they were small amounts, just not a professional way to do business. I decided to close my account due to the problems and unhelpful staff after a few short months. With such a short amount of time and constant problems, doing further business was just not an option. At account closing THEY CHARGED AN EARLY TERMINATION FEE as well. Even though they lost my deposits, had treated me poorly, and never made anything right, I had to pay to leave them as well.... So many other options out there, I can promise I will never use their services again. Hope you have better luck if you decide to give them a shot.

Brenden Lyman1This bank is horrible. I have been banking with them sense 2015, they actually approached me to join as I was walking though the VA, so I did. In 2017 I went to the bank to ask for an auto loan and before even running my credit the man was suggesting I try elsewhere. So I took my business elsewhere the same day and got my auto loan that day. I still have my account there just because my auto pay is out of there but that is about to change also just haven't got around to making the changes. The staff except for one person is horrible, they act as if they are having a bad day everyday i walk in to this place. Not a place I would suggest. If anyone is looking for a good credit union, I highly recommend sharronview.

Trace Mckone1This is the worst federal c.u. I have EVER dealt with! Service is the absolute worst. Wait time is ridiculous! I mean hours waiting for 1 loan officer, 20 min for a teller and they try to scam you on loan details, transactions, Visa fees. If you want good service and not waste $. Go somewhere else. Oh, and just called them to inquire about a fee...put on MUTE and heard every account detail of someone going through drive thu. address, account #...the teller sounded like a black lady. I'd be pissed if I knew a stranger heard my private info over the bank call that was put on MUTE! so much for privacy

Ch Sh3I went the Premier yesterday to cash a Government check, mind you I have had an account there for over (20) twenty years. I was told the funds would have to be held for (48) forty-eight hours. How does one legitimize telling a Customer that? I had ID as well my card from the entity. Very disappointed and will be closing the account. Sad day in America when one is subjected to such lunacy.
