  My mom had a great experience selling her home 15 years ago with Fernando Semiao, and this is why I chose to work with him when it came to selling my home. He was professional and very understanding. His staff, especially Denise, was very helpful and attentive to my needs. I felt bad for calling him while he was on vacation, but he didn’t hesitate to call me back. I am sure I was annoying to him, but he never seemed to be bothered by the million plus questions I had for him. He exceeded my expectation in getting my house sold.
