      Did a deposit from my stocks on January 17, 2022. The day I opened my bank account. They approved my deposit then closed my account. Spoke to them on the phone they said they have the money come in an show ID. Do that they act like they didn't understand anything I was talking about. Called again they can't help me. Back to the bank again all of a sudden the money magically disappeared. Then they say they can't reimburse me. Lol crazy how the money was in there Wednesday then on Friday there's no money. Sad I went to the bank 5 times called 12 and have nothing. TD bank is a joke.

      The drive through really is the worst here. If you have something to do, find another TD bank to go to. You can expect to wait 45 minutes even if there are only two cars in front of you. This TD bank is closest to my house so it’s just convenient but honestly after coming here for a full 6 months every week, like a dummy, this is my last time! Also they have given me the wrong bank statements before of someone else’s print out which is totally illegal. I would give them one star but sometimes and I mean SOMETIMES the tellers are nice.

      The employees in this branch should be fired. Customer service is that of a goat. Lack of knowledge and unwillingness to help with situations. Must I say they are dealing with people's money? My account was compromised. A supposed investigation was opened. Called customer service to find out a status. The investigation could not be done because the unauthorized transactions were still pending. Branch Manager never communicated that to me. It's like she couldn't open her mouth. Had I known that, I would have followed up much sooner to restart the process. I'll say again, they are dealing with people's money and very incapable of it. Incapable of even shining shoes!!!!!!

      Drive through is bad. There are only two people in the drive through and we have been here for over 10 minutes waiting for this man to process my deposit. All I’m doing is depositing money, nothing special. He hasn’t said hello to me and seems to be avoiding eye contact.

      I went there 3 times to do a transfer. All 3 times it was failed because the people who sit there are not trained. I decided to go to another branch, with first attempt the transfer worked out. They delayed my work by two weeks 🤦🏻‍♀️ . Their manager is never there and even when she is , did not help me even when I explained. Oh my god , really unprofessional.

      There's a new Branch Manager (Julie) we should give her the opportunity to turn things around-- she was very helpful on a recent call. I mentioned poor reviews and she said she will do her best to improve customer service.

      We've had this account for 15+ years and never had any issues with anything. They have good hours open 7 days a week. The only catch is that if you don't maintain $100+ daily balance you'll be charged $15 monthly but besides that I don't have any issues with it. I would recommend it to anyone who is interested

      I’m leaving this review right now as I’m sitting in the drive-through. I pulled into the drive-through because the green light was on. I am looking at two people through the glass go about their business while they ignore me. They’re pretending like I don’t even exist, not even acknowledging that they see me but they can’t service me yet. I assume it’s because the bank is closed at this time and I’m a little early, but the green light was on. When the green light is on it means they are open for business and I can pull into the lane. There’s a reason why this is the lowest rated bank in the area, this terrible customer service. And that is why I’m going to move both my personal money and my business money out of this bank.

      Worse branch ,they close the bank before closing ,3 times drive there they closed hours before it state they close. Today call just case they already had message saying close come by during normal Josie which again they closed 3 hrs before by their statement on their voice mail and their door and Google. If closed at 7:PM why close at 3:PM already on a regular Thursday , what kind of businesses closest whenever they feel like it without warning and for reason. You a bank and have bank hours why can’t your employees work the hours you state you are open.
