Brian Blatz1Absolute worst rental experience of my life. Lazy and incompetent agents mixed with terrible management. Agents can't seem to do their jobs, show up on time, or keep their owners informed. Managers will talk down to you and belittle you at every chance. The best was when I was told it was normal for water to be coming in the windows because the manager's windows did the same thing. We left the house in better condition and cleaner than we found it and still had to threaten legal action to get our security deposit back, two months later. Thanks to this office I'll NEVER do business with a Century 21 office again. Stay away.

Judy Krawiec5Vicki Parks is a Realtor with experience that is knowledgeable in the DFW Marketplace and beyond. She will work smart and efficient and knows what is takes to negotiate contracts and get listings sold as swiftly as possible, with the correct price and terms based on location and condition. I have had the distinct pleasure of working with Vicki on multiple occasions; I highly recommend her if you are looking for honesty and integrity. She is absolutely a dedicated full time agent that is versed in her craft.

Jeremy Edgar5Rebekah and Susan were absolutely amazing. They sold our home for over asking price and helped us purchase our new hime below asking price. We always felt like we were their only customer. Always responsive and incredibly knowledgeable.

Christina Bair1So let’s just say my experience was terrible. I can’t imagine why this place even has 4 stars. It certainly can’t be Because of the leasing department. The only one that deserves any sort of recognition is Jessica! PERIOD! however here my story after seeing a home actual several homes online, and FINALLY getting Tiffany on the phone (girl is very busy I get it) we are told no one has applied! So we tell her we want to look at it. We schedule a viewing for the next day. That night my fiancé and I decided to go ahead and apply for it! It was beautiful on the outside and suitable enough for us. Next day rolls around and Steven gets a text stating viewing has been canceled as their has been 8 other applications! So I am like woah, wait we already applied last night! He finally tells her no we already applied. So then she agrees to let us view. We view we like. Then the following day she said we’d be contacted. Never not one phone call, I check my email in the middle of the night and low and behold an email from Jessica. Stating the owner chose a different applicant!! And that she could use my applications on another home within their brokerage (still not sure what that means, seein how I wasn’t given one home they could help with). By this time I have left several messages with Wayne and other agents in the building, Jessica is the only one, never spoke to her on the phone but she can answer an email real quick! Wayne calls me, the MANAGER as he called himself, when I told him the situation, he told me that it was impossible to refund me, it was impossible to use my application for another home within the company. After asking him so how is it ok to take 8 applications fees from I imagine a couple, so that’s 800$ basically PER HOUSE for backgrounds that I’m sure cost you guys a 4th of that, he stumbled his words and couldn’t answer me and then proceeded to be rude to me, all the while I am crying on the phone with him begging for a refund. I get an email from Jessica telling me she has refunded me and she gave me sincere apologies and told me to have a blessed day! I then asked him how is it that one is his associates was able to but him as the manager couldn’t. He immediately got upset she had done that and started being even more rude, cutting me off. So I explained I am a manager at my job as well and I believe he needs to work on some customer service skills because he is in dire need of them and to have a nice day! Frankly at this point it’s a scam in my eyes, they make their money by listing homes and then taking SEVERAL applications for one home and only choosing one application and not helping with another home. Beware of places like this. I’m extremely disappointed, mike bowman that you have a staff like this.
Response from the ownerMs. Flagg, We apologize for any miscommunication or misunderstanding. In our current market, properties in the price range you were looking at can go from zero activity to many applications overnight. Unfortunately, the home inventory currently isn't keeping up with demand. We failed in not properly communicating this with you. We are glad to hear of your experience with Jessica and that she was able to refund your application fee. We strive to have all interactions with our company meet a high standard and regret that some of them didn't live up to expectations. We are reviewing our internal processes and putting in place new procedures to try to help better communicate the likelihood of multiple applications on a property and what may happen in those circumstances.

Susan Tableman5We purchased a home with JoElla Barrett four years ago and recently sold one with her as well. Great communication, very knowledgeable and has a superb support staff. We listed on a Saturday evening, had a good offer by Thursday and closed in less than a month. She sets the bar pretty high!

Kenneth Lindsey5Our agent, Don McCall, took the best possible care of our family. He was very knowledgeable of the area and worked hard to find a house that met our needs and finances. He is a man of a high moral standard and it showed in every detail of his service. He was hardworking, diligent and trustworthy and always professional. He comes with our highest recommendation!!

Ciara Russell1I recommend you avoid Century 21 Mike Bowman at all costs! The agent Larry Fry is unprofessional, rude and insulting with every interaction. Our experience with the agent was so horrible that it left a bad taste in our mouth for our experience in our rental home of 2 years. (I must note that the property was not managed by Century21 but they managed the showings and rental listing) I wish I could say it was a one off case but I was mistreated as a customer 4 times by Mr Fry. And when the complaints were brought to management, his behavior was justified with the excuse that some people just have bad days. It is NEVER appropriate for an agent to use profanity or slander when speaking with contracted customers when they call to ask questions about their home. We are even looking into taking legal action. Please. Save yourself the grief.
Response from the ownerHello Ms. Russell, We regret to hear of your negative experience with one of our agents, Larry Fry. Larry has been with our company for many years and always seeks to serve his clients with integrity and professionalism. We apologize for any miscommunication that may have occurred during your lease. We know that moving can be a stressful time and it is our goal to reduce stress and do all that we can to help our clients with any of their real estate needs. If you would like to discuss the matter further, please reach out to us at 817-354-7653 and ask for Dave Bowman or Mike Bowman.

Cline H2I’m aware that this is a rough time to find a rental property, but I’ve tried twice with this office and once with another, and no success. I’ve asked for an agent to just help me find a place but again.., no success… they are dodging phone calls .., giving texts with a few words like … “ we have applicants being reviewed” That’s all Any one in the business of helping people anymore? Discouraged in Grapevine Texas

Tana Rucker5Whether buying or selling a home, we've had our fair share of Realtors. Very few have been a fit. Let me tell you, Tim Goldsberry is the best of the best. When relocation presented itself, we chose and trusted Tim to help us through the journey ahead. Tim talked us through timing, pricing, and helped coach us through the last minute projects to prioritize before listing our home, ensuring we got the best value out of each item. From square one, we had our own personal advocate on our side. Our relocation arrived just before Thanksgiving, meaning we were about to leave our home in the heart of Fall, and as Winter approached. Prime time to avoid leaving your Texas home unattended. This was the big reason we knew Tim was the right choice for us. We were to leave our most beloved possession in his hands, to care for and maintain. When storms arrived, Tim was there in the early morning hours to check on our home, and administer anything it needed. You name it, it happened, from the fence blowing down, to the brand new heater not starting. Tim made it look effortless (although I know it wasn't) and made it painless on us from afar. I didn't know what we were in for, but boy am I thankful we picked Tim for our seller's agent. He was prompt, kind, understanding, easy going, trustworthy, to name a few. From square one, Tim went the extra mile for us. He held open houses, advertised and marketed our home like crazy. Knowing our timeline needed to be expedited (we needed to sell before we bought a new home), he worked with his management team to ensure they were providing the best service to us as possible, re-evaluating pricing, and every single detail. Once under contract, we experienced our fair share of hiccups. Once Tim knew how my husband and I felt about the deal, he worked to mirror our feelings through his dealings with the buyer's agent. He was a great negotiator in our favor, and easy going when he could be. It's tough to find an honest, ethical, buyers or sellers agent. He was tough when he needed to be. Kind when it mattered. Tim is everything I could have hoped for in a Realtor, and everything I needed while many states away. My recommendation of Tim is one I'd give my family and closest friends. Highly highly highly recommend!
