  These folks are really good. You might think all mortgage brokers/lenders are the same. They're not. We had some interesting hiccups along the way that a prior lender couldn't figure out. They just gave up. But the CNN Mortgage team found a way to overcome all of the issues that arose along the way. Additionally, their ability to model out credit scores helps a lot. For example, they let me know how much I should pay off on certain debts to bump my score up into the next category, which resulted in lower rates and better terms. I highly recommend.

  Everyone that I spoke to was very helpful very kind and very patient. I am older and really needed someone to be patient with me and I appreciated that very much. I felt like they asked me all the right questions but didn’t ask me more than I thought they needed to know. I would recommend this company.

  Trina Washington was my broker when I bought the house in 2018. She was also my broker on my refinance 2021. Shes excellent!! Very easy to speak to great communication and answered every question I had. I highly recommend her!

With each step she explained the processes and our next step. What I appreciated the most was her honesty and encouragement throughout the entire process.
