  We had our house listed with them for almost a year with no success selling it. It was a great house in a great location, no reason for it not to sell, especially with how hot the market was when we listed it. (When we switched realtors, we got a full price offer in less than 24 hrs.) Des was unresponsive and lied about several things through the process. She failed to send information to potential buyers, she did not do price adjustments when directed to, the pictures were terrible quality on the listing. We paid a professional to go take better pictures and then we sent them to her, all she had to do was upload them and she didn't. She kept making it out that she was doing us favors, only for us to find out later that they weren't favors at all, or they were just standard business practice that didn't set us apart at all. I could go on and on. Save yourself the heartache.

  Lori Rubley is amazing! When my son was looking for a house, she was dedicated to find the right fit for him. She was always available for all of our questions. She made the purchase a wonderful and exciting experience. That was a year and a half ago, and we still stay in touch. One of our best experiences ever!

  Asked and applied for a 3 bedroom and was told that the owner wants us in a 2 bedroom. 6 people in a 2 bedroom. Not smart let alone social services would have a field day with that. No thank you.

  My Husband and I worked with lori when buying our first house and I have nothing bad to say. She was nothing short of amazing! She went out of her way to make us happy. Through the entire process she was always there day or night answering any questions or finding the answer to our questions. We ended up with a beautiful home for our family because of her. We truly appreciate all the hard work you did for our family, Thank you so much lori!

  They need less than one star. We requested a home inspection. They lead us to believe one was gonna be done. Even had us move funds and have them ready. And spun us until before closing and when we asked said everything we good. After closing we discover they never took the money out for the inspection. Here now 4 months later we have a house with major foundation issues. (foundation walls are about to collapse) with 5 kids in the house. Thank you.

  Best experience I have had with a realtor thus far. Matt Yoder was extremely knowledgeable and was quick to find out anything he didn't have the answer to.
