  Had a great experience with the members service specialist at the Jonesville branch (LaShawn Good). She was prompt with responding to all questions and information needed to complete our loans. Did not have the same experience with the Parnall Rd. branch. We will continue to use LaShawn for our banking needs in the future. Thank you.

  I got help by the branch manager and she was super nice and patient with me, She was a third party to helping me set it up and had to figure it all out but she did it and I appreciate her for it. 10/10 would come back every time

  I have been a member since around 1995. Aways had excellent service. The staffis friendly,courties, kind , and accurate. Definatly the best place to bank. The coffee is not bad eiether!
