  We have used Community Choice Credit Union for our past two mortgages, and it has been seamless, and efficient from day one to closing. Our loan officer Jon Cousins has made both transactions pleasant and answered all questions along the way. Great rates, great service and continued customer care after closings keep us coming back to CCCU for our mortgage needs.

  Had a terrible experience with this bank. My girlfriend and I went up to cash a check, she is a member there and I am not. We wanted to deposite the check straight to her account and they wouldn't let us even when the check came from a neighboring bank. I highly suggest not using this branch and the manager is a stuck up. I've had problems with this bank multiple times.

  Debra Fasick gave me such piece of mind in one phone call I was so greatful. I received a random phone call from Debra asking in general how things were going. I explained an issue I was dealing with, Debra immediately solve the issue in that very phone call, told me exactly what I needed to do and put my mind at ease, anxiety was washed away in minutes. I am very grateful to Debra for her knowledge on the subject, her expertise with a calming, friendly, proffessional mannor.

  Community Choice Credit has been a second family to me. They handle anything I throw at them . I have children all over the world and the Credit union makes sure they have their money ready available and help me get money to them when needed. Working in the financial industry most my life ,I dont trust anyone with my money . I trust CCCU and their employees. The kind friendly staff from Manager to tellers ( all the tellers April, Sara, Cedric, ..... all of them ) are so amazing!!! A shout out to Hillsdale office as you are truly a Credit Union I trust and call friends and family. People are very careful with their money , they work hard for it . The Credit Union works hard for us ,to protect, and invest wisely. They dont have ridiculous fees that we cant afford . They know what a dollar saved means.
